Nuvela Care reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (payment problem, stock shortage, suspicion of fraud, etc.).

4.1 Price

Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.

4.2 Delivery

Delivery costs are specified during order confirmation.

5. Delivery

5.1 Deadlines

Delivery times are provided when the order is placed:

  • Metropolitan France : 3 to 5 business days
  • Europe and Overseas Territories : 5 to 7 business days
  • International : depending on the destination

Nuvela Care cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control (carrier, customs, force majeure).

5.3 International Delivery – Taxes and Customs

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are calculated automatically at checkout where applicable. Nuvela Care cannot be held responsible for any local regulations specific to the destination country.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

6.1 Right of withdrawal – exception for cosmetic products

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code , the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for cosmetic products unsealed after delivery , for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

6.2 Defective or damaged products

In the event of a defective or damaged product upon receipt, the customer is invited to contact Nuvela Care at the following address: contact@nuvela-care.com.

6.3 Processing and reimbursement

After validation of the request, a refund or replacement may be offered.
The refund is made within 5 working days , depending on the processing times of the bank and the payment terminal used, via the original payment method.

7. Product Responsibility and Use

Nuvela Care products should be used according to the instructions provided.
It is recommended to perform a preliminary skin test before any use.

Nuvela Care cannot be held responsible for misuse of products or use not in accordance with recommendations.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements present on the site (texts, visuals, logos, trademarks, content) are protected by intellectual property rights.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without written permission is strictly prohibited.
